Ingela Bäckström holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Product Development and Quality Sciences from Mid Sweden University. She is currently active as a senior lecturer of Quality Technology and Management. She teaches in the area of quality technology and management for master students and is vice supervisor for two Ph.D. students. Her main research interests are quality management and its connection to co-worker health, leadership commitment, values, participation of everybody, societal entrepreneurship and Appreciative Leadership.
