Morten Flate Paulsen is CEO of Campus NooA www.nooa.no and professor of online education at Sør-Trøndelag University College. He was president of EDEN 2010-2013, has worked for Universidade Aberta in Portugal and was appointed Adjunct Professor at Athabasca University in Canada. He is doctor of education from Pennsylvania State University.
